At Kentucky Ballistics, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-caliber apparel. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
